Biography

Richard Fowler is a research scientist who has been with PNNL since 1992. Richard's professional experience includes database management and application development; software testing and development; web site design and maintenance; and political, socioeconomic, and market research and analysis. He has participated in a wide variety of projects associated with the development and deployment of energy-efficient technologies and practices.

Richard has been a contributing member of the DOE Building Energy Codes Program for many years. He has assisted with the testing and development of the COMcheck and REScheck software tools, the development of training materials, and the maintenance of the BECP website. He currently manages the content of the Interior Lighting Campaign and the Next Generation Luminaires websites, and he is helping to develop the DOE Asset Score tool.
