Matthew Charters MacLean joined PNNL's Building Energy Systems group in May, 2016 as an Energy Management Control Systems (EMCS) Technologist. He currently supports the Controls Optimization and Re-tuning (CORe) efforts for the U.S. Army Reserve and the General Services Administration. Before joining PNNL he gained his 20 years of professional experience in the HVAC industry with 9 years as a Test and Balance (TAB) technician with several Seattle based mechanical and engineering firms and 11 years as Building Automation Systems (BAS) specialist for the University of Washington and the Evergreen State College. Mr. Charters Maclean has wide-ranging experience in operations, maintenance and the troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems.
